Obesity in childhood ? 6 reasons why our schools contribute to ...

Our children's schools are contributing to obesity in children. Some schools have a program to handle the weight of our child, but still, our children are getting fatter and more unfit. There are 6 reasons why our schools to this epidemic, I contribute that address.

6 reasons:

1st Some schools, students can eat and drink in the hallway or in class.

2nd Teachers to use food as a reward or incentive.

3rd In some cases, the food is usedin raising funds the school.

4th The schools are a-la-cart programs, in the sense that indeed serve to fish with green beans, bell peppers, but we have the pizza 5 days a week.

5th To earn money, schools need to be automatically included in the cafeteria, enticing students away from fruit, and with reference to soda and chocolate and chips.

6th How to save on the budget, some schools are reducing their requirements for physical education and health courses.

I have a daughter who has justfinished the first grade. His complaint was that the school-cafeteria lunches are boring. I do not blame her. Looking back on the lunch menu was the same menu week after week. Then he smiles and says, "at least there is the pizza, I can get." A small change from week to week would be nice.

I remember when I was a freshman in high school, waiting in line for lunch, I saw something that took me into my mid-thirties. In the trash, I saw a box of old reliableChicken nuggets. The nutritional information was open, read and grade D but edible. I was shocked. Needless to say, I bought the alternative of the day.

Now I do not think it can get away with that today (a great guy you picture with the phone).
