Keep skin fresh, luminous and infinitely youthful with facial exercises, moisturizers, firming serums, facemasks, day and night creams, cleansers, and sunscreen. It is important to keep the face from wrinkles as long as possible. While aging is inevitable, use natural face exercises to keep lines and wrinkles at bay.
Facial Exercise for Eyes - Begin this exercise by pressing two fingers at the temples near the eyes. Slightly pull them back. Flutter eyes by opening and closing them in quick succession. Do this 10 times per day and it can firm the muscles around the eyes.
Facial Exercises for Forehead - Arch the eyebrows as much down over the eyes as possible, similar to a frown. At the same time, flare nostrils, and wrinkle up your nose, hold for 5 seconds; relax and repeat five times.
Lie flat back on the bed with the head hanging just over the edge. Open eyes and lift the eyebrows as much as possible while holding the position for 5 seconds. Repeat this process 10 times.
Facial Exercise for Cheeks - Take in the breath, hold for 5 seconds and release slowly. Repeat the exercise 10 times to focus on anti-aging for the skin. Don't be afraid of a feeling of warmth in the cheeks, as it is only a sign that the cheek muscles are being stretched.
Facial Exercise for Chin and Neck - Sit upright, keeping back and neck straight. Pull the chin down with three central fingers and simultaneously, curl the lower lip over the bottom teeth. Hold the position for about 5 seconds and relax.
Sit in the same position as and tilt head backwards while looking at the ceiling. Move lower lip over the upper lip as much as possible, hold for 5 seconds, and then relax. This will give the chin and neck a nice workout.
Facial Exercise for Lips and Mouth - Say aloud an EE, OO, and AH, to stretch the lips as much as possible in an exaggerated fashion. This will help prevent the formation of wrinkles around the lips and mouth. Repeat 10 times daily.
While facial exercises are a necessary part of keeping those wrinkles from appearing, anti wrinkle creams are just as important. Wrinkle creams that include various anti aging properties include Coenzyme Q10, Kinetin, Retinol, Copper peptides, and Hydroxy acids. While these ingredients are very popular, little scientific evidence has proven that these ingredients will help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
